Timeline

February 27, 2026 – Choice Application Status Notifications Released Status notifications (Acceptance or Waitlist) will be released via the SchoolMint Portal. Families will also receive an automated email notification.

March 3 – March 13, 2026 – Campus Tours & Result Viewing Window

• Accepted Students: Campus tours include a viewing of admissions results. A SignUp Genius link will be sent directly through the SchoolMint Portal to these families.

• Waitlisted Students: Families may schedule an appointment to view results during this window by calling the school office, 972-794-7500.

March 13, 2026 – Deadline to Confirm or Decline This is the final day for students who received an initial offer to confirm or decline their seat via the SchoolMint Portal. 

NEW: Deadline to confirm is 11:00 PM on March 13, 2026.

March 31, 2026 – “I am Travis TAG” Night (Elementary Onboarding) Orientation for incoming 4th grade students who have accepted their offer. Specific event details will be emailed to families after the March 13th confirmation deadline.

April 1, 2026 – “I am Travis TAG” Night (Middle School Onboarding) Orientation for incoming 6th grade students who have accepted their offer. Specific event details will be emailed to families after the March 13th confirmation deadline.

March 16 – August 2026 – Waitlist Processing As seats become available, the school will call families from the rank-ordered waitlist.

• March through July: Families have 5 school days to accept or decline the offer.

• August (Registration/Back to School): The window to respond decreases to 2 school days.

• Note: Families called from the waitlist will be offered a campus tour at the time the offer is extended.
