Overview

The application window is November 1st, 2024 through January 31st, 2025.  

Status letters (acceptance or waitlist) go out on Saturday, March 1st, 2025. 

If you receive an acceptance, you must accept or decline the offer in the Choose Dallas ISD portal (SchoolMint) by Monday, March 17th, 2025. If you take no action, the system will decline on your behalf. 

2025-2026 Projected Openings:

Grade 4 - 96

Grade 5 - 0

Grade 6 - 24

Grade 7 - 6

Grade 8 - 6

Qualified applicants who have been assigned a seat in the magnet program will be notified by e-mail via the SchoolMint system on March 1, 2025.

In April, current families will complete an Intent to Return survey. With that information, we will update our 2025-2026 openings for all grades at that time.
